This rug meets or exceeds CPSC FF1-70, the standard for surface flammability of rugs and carpets.
Care & Cleaning
Shake out, sweep or lightly vacuum (don’t use beater brush). Spot clean, as required, with water and mild detergent rubbing gently with a non-abrasive sponge. Machine wash gentle/cold and air dry; do not use harsh cleaners.
Please note: Due to the materials used and packaging, this mat may produce an odor or "off-gassing" upon initial use (think "new car smell" or fresh paint). This is normal and should eventually subside within a few days. To expedite the process, we recommend increased air flow and ventilation (open doors/windows, run a fan); or you can air out the mat outdoors and in sunlight.
